A Pavilion by and for local and subnational governments, raising ambition, awareness and visibility of real and potential local climate action.

The Cities and Regions Pavilion – TAP 2015 will take place from 30 November – 11 December 2015, at COP21 to the UNFCCC. The Pavilion is facilitated by ICLEI as an inclusive effort on behalf of global city and sub-national networks, and is hosted by the City of Paris and the City of Bristol, European Green Capital 2015. The Pavilion will be the advocacy base for Local Governments and Municipal Authorities (LGMA) at COP21, building on the experience of the Local Government Climate Lounge at COP15 in Copenhagen. A full program over the two weeks of COP21 will include thematic sessions and workshops relating to climate change featuring cities, regions and their partners.
